The idea came together when an opportunity opened to take over a former restaurant space on First Street. The restaurant was founded by Stewart and Michelle McLean, along with their business partner Joao. Together, they brought the concept to life, focusing on comfort, ease, and welcoming service. Their shared goal was to create a reliable morning spot that locals could count on every day.
